YMCA Helps Local Seniors Stay Connected With Happy Mail

Have a little extra time to brighten someone's day?

The YMCA is assisting St. Joseph Hospital as a collection location for Happy Mail to go out to their more than 200 hospital volunteers, to keep them connected to the community they serve. We have a drop-off box in front of the Merrimack YMCA (6 Henry Clay Drive) where you can drop off letters, cards, pictures, drawings and other pieces of artwork to share with isolated seniors in the community who could really use a bright spot in their day. This is a great project for adults and children!
St. Joseph Hospital Volunteer Services team is coordinating this effort. We are so happy to be assisting them.
The Merrimack YMCA is open 8:00am to 4:00pm. There will be a drop off box by the front door during closed hours.
