YMCA of Greater Nashua welcomes new Properties Director
Shawn Nolin previously served as Facilities Director for YMCA of Greater Boston
The YMCA of Greater Nashua is pleased to announce that Shawn Nolin has joined the Y’s senior leadership team as Properties Director. He is responsible for the direct management and oversight of all five of our Y’s facilities: the Nashua Branch, Merrimack Branch, Camp Sargent, Camp Spaulding and the Y Administrative Office. Shawn has extensive knowledge in property management and will oversee all building maintenance and improvements at our YMCA buildings and our two camps. This includes the mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and cleaning. Prior to joining the YMCA of Greater Nashua, Shawn gained valuable Y experience at the YMCA of Greater Boston, where he served as Facilities Director for the Burbank YMCA in Reading, Mass., and the Huntington Avenue YMCA Branch in downtown Boston. He resides in Wilmington, Mass., with his wife Joanne and daughter Raegan.
