Youth & teen summer camps return to NCC
From a Brand Partner: Weekly enrichment and career exploration camps this July
NASHUA, NH— This summer, Nashua Community College is offering half-day summer camp sessions for youth and teen campers that range from a “how to” class on manicure skills to a crash-course in Automotive Maintenance.

SUMMER CAMPS at NCC: July 2026
Automotive – General Vehicle Maintenance and Information: Rising 6th grade – rising seniors. Learn the proper use of tools and procedures for oil change, tire replacement, warning light meaning and checking, and get an introduction to the scan tool. Schedule: 4 Days, M-Th, $295, 9AM-12PM.

Sunny Strides: Rising 2nd grade – rising 8th grade. This short-term running camp is designed just for girls to move their bodies, build confidence, and discover how strong they really are. Through age-appropriate running games, creative challenges, and team activities, campers will learn the basics of running while developing resilience, friendship, and self-belief. Each session blends movement with motivation—because this camp isn’t about being the fastest, it’s about feeling proud, supported, and unstoppable. Girls will leave with sweaty smiles, new friendships, and the confidence to keep moving all summer long! No experience needed. All paces welcome. Schedule: 4 Days M-Th, $200, 9AM-12PM.

Crafty Creators: Rising 2nd grade – rising 8th grade. This short-term camp is a hands-on experience where kids get to imagine, create, and explore. Campers will paint, cut, glue, build, and design exciting projects while learning new techniques and expressing their unique creativity. Each session is packed with colorful materials, guided projects, and plenty of room for imagination—because there’s no “right way” to create! Kids will build confidence, fine motor skills, and friendships while bringing home one-of-a-kind masterpieces they’ll be proud to show off. Schedule: 4 Days M-Th, $295, 12:30-3:30PM.

Beauty Basics: Rising 5th grade – rising 9th grade. Learn basic manicure skills including nail shaping, polishing techniques, and nail health. Explore simple skincare routines and healthy skin habits, practice age-appropriate makeup application for everyday looks, master beginner hair styling techniques like braids, ponytails, and easy updos, and learn proper hair hygiene and how to care for different hair types.

Scrubs & Skills – Step inside the world of healthcare: Rising 6th grade – rising seniors. This short-term healthcare camp offers a hands-on introduction to the fast-paced, meaningful world of health and medical careers. Campers will explore real healthcare skills, learn how professionals care for patients, and discover the many pathways within nursing, medicine, and allied health. Through interactive activities, teamwork, and guided discussions, participants will build confidence, curiosity, and a deeper understanding of what it truly means to care for others. Whether exploring career options or strengthening an existing interest, this camp provides a supportive, engaging environment to learn, grow, and be inspired. Schedule: 4 Days, M-Th $295, 9AM-12PM.
