PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) - National Guard officials say Pease Air National Guard Base in New Hampshire has been placed on lockdown after possible shots were heard on the base.
WMUR-TV reports the base in Portsmouth was on lockdown Tuesday afternoon.
