Alleged Bay State Cocaine Dealer Busted on I-95

NHSP: Peterson Philippe of Everett was arrested last week after a traffic stop in Greenland and held on $10,000 cash bail.

GREENLAND, NH — New Hampshire State Police arrested an alleged Massachusetts drug dealer after a traffic stop on I-95 last week, according to a report. Peterson Philippe, 32, of Everett, MA, was arrested on Nov. 8, 2016, and charged with possession of a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to distribute.

According to Sgt. Mark Hall of the New Hampshire State Police, a trooper involved in the mobile enforcement team stopped Philippe while he was driving a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu on I-95 North for motor vehicle violations.

“(The) trooper observed several indicators of criminal activity taking place and subsequently asked for consent to search,” according to Hall. “Philippe consented to the search and he was subsequently found to be in possession of approximately 60 grams of cocaine.”

Philippe was arrested and held in the Rockingham County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
