Alleged Tip Jar Thief Sought by Portsmouth Police

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Portsmouth Police are asking for the public’s help IDing an alleged tip thief who, as police put it of Facebook, “helped himself to the tip jar at Starbucks in Market Square." Do you recognize him?
