PORTSMOUTH, NH — ConvenientMD Primary Care is adding three providers to its Portsmouth practice, with Beth Remillong, MD, Dorothy McGrath, PA-C, and Marcy Starling, PA-C, set to begin seeing new and existing patients on Aug. 4.
The additions expand the practice to six full-time providers and increase access to primary care services for patients across the greater Portsmouth region.
The Portsmouth-based expansion was announced as ConvenientMD Primary Care highlighted its model of longer visits and coordinated care. According to the company, appointments last 30 to 60 minutes, and the primary care team helps patients with related needs, including specialist referrals, medication management, and mental health services.
“Welcoming Dr. Remillong, Dorothy McGrath and Marcy Starling to our Portsmouth practice will combine their wealth of knowledge with the comprehensive resources we have to support their practice,” Kevin Curwick, the president of Advanced Primary Care, said. “Since opening our first Advanced Primary Care clinic in Portsmouth, our focus has been on removing barriers to care and making it easier for patients to get the ongoing care they need. Adding these accomplished providers allows us to expand our track record of exceptional, patient-centered care in Portsmouth, strengthen our continuity of care and continue our commitment to the community where ConvenientMD was founded.”
Remillong is a board-certified family physician with more than 20 years of clinical experience, including nearly two decades serving patients in the Seacoast region, according to the announcement. She earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at the University of Utah, where she served as chief resident.
“I am pleased to join a practice that supports longer appointment times so I can spend more time with my patients to better address their needs,” she said. “I look forward to having more time to listen, build relationships, and focus on what is really driving a patient’s health concerns as part of a team-based model of care.”
McGrath brings more than 20 years of clinical experience across primary care, urgent care and cardiac surgery, according to the company. Starling has more than 29 years of experience in primary care and internal medicine and is licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine.
ConvenientMD said patients can learn more about its primary care offerings and providers, or sign up to be a patient, at convenientmd.com/primary-care.
