Beginning Yoga for Men: 5 class session starts September 8. Learn a basic yoga practice that may change the way you feel about your body.

A regular yoga practice will give you the tools you need to bring distractions down to a dull roar so you can focus your time and energy on the things that really matter to you. This series meets 5 times in the span of 3 weeks to get you started on the right foot. Unlimited attendance at any of our regular drop-in classes is also included in the cost for students new to Yoga in ME. Students who are brand new to yoga as well as those starting over - whether because of a long break from yoga, an injury or other reasons - are welcome!
