Boldwerks Moves to West End of Portsmouth
Longtime Portsmouth Based Marketing Agency Moves Across Town

Award-winning creative marketing agency, Boldwerks, has recently relocated to the west end of Portsmouth. The agency had been located in the historic tudor style building at 477 State Street for the past eight years – a site well-known to passersby for the overhanging Boldwerks sign at the intersection of State and Middle Street (right next to the traffic lights).
In response to the building being sold in late August, Boldwerks bought their first property at 871 Islington Street in the burgeoning west end of Portsmouth. The property is home to 14 residential condos, and 11 non-residential artisan/commercial units, of which, Boldwerks is now the proud owner Suite L5.
871 Islington is a piece of the historic Morley Button Factory, erected in 1910.

“We’re excited about our new place and are looking forward to seeing and meeting all our new neighbors,” said Boldwerks Co-Founder Matthias Roberge. “The west end has had a lot of eyes on it over the last 12-18 months and is seeing more and more activity as the next ‘hot spot’ in Portsmouth. We’re happy to be a part of that growth and look forward to adding to the creative culture of the west end.”
