C-130 Lands Safely After Mechanical Issue

A pilot made an emergency landing as a precaution.

A C-130 cargo plane landed safely at Pease International Airport today after the aircraft experienced a mechanical issue.

An airport official said that craft had a faulty indicator, forcing the pilot to make an emergency landing as a precaution.

One of the aircraft's engines reportedly shut down before it made a successful landing at about 1:50 p.m.
