CONCORD–Northeast Delta Dental announces the appointment of Ryan King as Director, Human Resources. Ryan brings several years of experience as a strategic human resources leader, driving cultural transformation, engaging leaders and employees and improving operating efficiency. As director of human resources, Ryan will be responsible for creating and implementing programs for employee recruitment, engagement and retention.

Before joining Northeast Delta Dental, Ryan served as Director of Human Resources for McLane Middleton Professional Association, Manchester, responsible for the management of the human resources and facilities functions for five offices in two states. Prior to that position, he held the title of Director of Human Resources for Pioneer Behavioral Health, Peabody, Mass.

He holds Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) and Society of Human Resources Certified HR Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications and received a Bachelor of Arts, Communications from the University of Connecticut. Ryan resides in Hudson, NH.
