Port City Facility Becomes First of Four ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care Centers to Open in New Hampshire
ClearChoiceMD will introduce the first Urgent Care center in Portsmouth when its opens its new state of the art facility at 750 Lafayette Road on Wednesday, Oct. 8.
The Portsmouth location is the first of four locations ClearChoiceMD is introducing to New Hampshire. The other locations will be in Belmont, Keene and Lebanon.
ClearChoiceMD, owned and operated by physicians, currently has four locations in Vermont (Berlin, St. Albans, Rutland, Brattleboro) and is also planning new facilities in South Burlington, VT and Scarborough, ME.

ClearChoiceMD treats urgent, non-life-threatening medical needs – from cold, flus, fevers, rashes, aches, pains and backaches to minor burns and cuts to simple broken bones - in a timely fashion and is open seven days a week, 12 hours a day. The average time from check-in to checkout is expected to be less than an hour. Appointments are not necessary.
All insurances are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid. Self-pay visits are a flat $100, while X-rays, lab work or a procedure like stitches would be an additional $25-50.

ClearChoiceMD centers offer expert, affordable treatment for a wide range of medical needs in a facility equipped with X-ray capabilities, laboratory and pharmacy.
Urgent Care centers help alleviate the burden on emergency room departments and offer patients care when their primary care physician in not immediately available. Urgent Care also offers many services which a doctor’s office may not provide like X-ray, stitches, IV fluids and IV medications.
