Comedy Event Friday Helps Raise Money for Portsmouth Org
Non-profit Friends in Action will have you laughing for a good cause on Sept. 5.

Friends in Action, a local non-profit, is hosting a Comedy Night on Friday, Sept. 5, at 7 p.m. at the Abenaqui Country Club in Rye. This charitable event features live improvisational comedy from cast members of the hit television program “Whose Line Is It Anyway?”
The night will kick off with a cocktail hour that will include hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar promptly at 7 p.m. with the comedy show beginning at 8 p.m. The comedy show will include audience participation as actors Sean Masterson, Greg Proops, Jeff Davis and Laura Hall lead the show with some of their favorite games and scenarios.
Ticket prices are $100 for General Admission and $150 for VIP admission that includes a live meet and greet with the cast of performers. Both ticket prices include admission to the show, hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar and a donation to Friends in Action.
