PORTSMOUTH—Jonathan Devine has joined TFMoran as a Survey Field Technician in the Bedford office. Devine recently graduated from Montana State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. His studies included Hydrology, Groundwater, and Wetlands, and he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Land Resources & Environmental Science at MSU. Additionally, he has an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification from the state of New Hampshire. Devine is also a licensed commercial boat captain and avid outdoorsman.
TFMoran also has a full survey department in the seacoast division office in Portsmouth.
