Award winning artist, Diane M Bragdon, announced that her paintings were chosen for an art exhibit at the New Hampshire Art Association, Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery. The New Hampshire Art Association has selected Bragdon’s work for her show in the summer of 2017, August 2nd – August 26th in the Robert Levy Lincoln West Main Gallery, The Opening Reception is August 4, 2017 5:00 – 8:00 PM.
Diane M Bragdon lives and creates art from her home in Dover, NH and in the summer from her lakeside home in Shapleigh, ME. Diane’s watercolor paintings are a reflection of her love of nature and her New England surroundings.
She has been an artist since childhood, and held her first solo show at the age of 11. She attended classes at the Maine College of Art in Portland. Her work is represented at the Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery in Portsmouth, NH, the Marblehead Art Association in Marblehead, MA, the Newburyport Art Association in Newburyport, MA, and in private collections throughout the east coast. Diane has won multiple awards for her artwork in local and international juried competitions.

Regarding this art show, Bragdon stated “I am pleased and grateful to be chosen by the New Hampshire Art Association for this solo show. It is nice to be recognized locally, and exciting when viewers come to my shows and recognize the exact spot I was standing in.”
Diane is also holding a Closing Reception on August 25, 5-7PM where you will have another opportunity to meet the artist, and enjoy some light refreshments. She will bring in brushes, paints, and supplies to the gallery for you to observe her creative spirit.
