PORTSMOUTH, NH — The Portsmouth Police Department is investigating a graffiti incident - on its own building. According to a post on Facebook, someone spraypainted "I'm Drunk" on the wall. Officers and staffers "immediately went to work removing this artist's thoughtful and insightful creation," according to the post. Investigators are trying to find out who was involved in the incident. If you know, they would like to hear from you.
