PORTSMOUTH, NH — The Portsmouth Police Department is investigating a graffiti incident - on its own building. According to a post on Facebook, someone spraypainted "I'm Drunk" on the wall. Officers and staffers "immediately went to work removing this artist's thoughtful and insightful creation," according to the post.
