Long time Seacoast reporter and editor Lars Trodson has published his first thriller, 'Eagles Fly Alone.'

Langley has secrets buried so deep inside he hasn’t faced them in years. He and his older brother Brian, the lawyer in town everyone turns to for a favor, have never gotten along and, because Langley won’t let the matter of the dead eagle simply go away, things are about to get much worse...
About the author: Lars Trodson is a former newspaper reporter and editor, a craft he happily pursued for 20 years. His work has been honored by the New England Press Association, the Maine Press Association and the New Hampshire Press Association. He is also a filmmaker. His short film, 'The Listeners', won the Best Short Dramatic Film award at the 2005 New Hampshire Film Festival. As a playwright, he has been a three-time nominee for Best Original Script by the New Hampshire Spotlight Awards.

Mr. Trodson is a native New Englander. He was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, and has family roots in New England that date back to the 1600s. He was educated at Providence Country Day School and Muhlenberg College.
