PRE/POST-NATAL EXERCISE

Moms-to-Be and New Moms will be challenged with a safe, effective, and FUN total body workout!  BABY’S WELCOME!  (Mom’s MUST be comfortable having them in the pool.

This class is a combination of land and water to provide low-impact aerobics, strengthening "baby" mechanics, balance, and relaxation. Moms will regain their pre-pregnancy body (or better!) and pregnant women will enjoy the dynamic, fun workouts to keep them feeling and looking their best through pregnancy. All exercises will be modified appropriately for each mom based on fitness level and stage of pregnancy. Class instructor is certified in Pre/Post Natal Fitness.
