Tenley Westbrook's Salute to the Salvation Army

Tenley Westbrook, Carrie Coltrane and The OVertones are doing a benefit concert for the Salvation Army here in Portsmouth. Th Salvation Army provides over thousands of meals a year to people in need and assist people with other all different needs.
