"An Evening to Honor Our Heroes"

Saturday, May 28th at Saint Michael's Church corner of Front and Lincoln Streets, Exeter

AN “EVENING TO HONOR OUR HEROES”

The Knights of Columbus Exeter Council and Assembly will be sponsoring the annual “Evening to Honor Our Heroes” dinner event on Saturday, May 28th at 6:00 PM at St. Michael Church (Cotter Hall). The annual event raises money for organizations that serve the needs of our courageous men and women who’ve served abroad to protect the freedoms and liberties of the citizens of our country and others. This year the proceeds of the event will benefit the Gary Sinise Foundation. The Gary Sinise Foundation builds custom Smart Homes for America’s severely wounded veterans through its Building for America’s Bravest partner program. Each Smart Home features automated amenities to ease the daily challenges these heroes face. The Foundation expanded these efforts three years ago by establishing its R.I.S.E. (Restoring Independence & Supporting Empowerment) program. For more than a decade, Gary Sinise & the Lt. Dan Band have toured the globe in support of our troops. As a part of the Foundation, the band is raising spirits and awareness for military and first responder causes worldwide. For more information see https://www.garysinisefoundation.org/
