'Extremely Dangerous' NH Fugitive Caught
Marshals capture Jeremy Jackson two days after he allegedly fired a handgun into an occupied apartment, threatened a man.

ROCHESTER, NH - Jeremy Jackson, 24, was supposed to be this week’s New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week. But as sometimes can happen – and this is a good thing – fugitives are caught early and taken off the streets.

The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force announced this morning that Rochester Police caught Jackson, a New Jersey native, Monday night. He was wanted on a Dover Police warrant for being a felon in possession of a firearm, reckless conduct – for allegedly firing a round from a handgun into an apartment in Dover on Dec. 12, 2015 – and criminal threatening – for allegedly pointing a gun at a man, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader. Jackson, who also went by the alias “James Jackson,” was known to have associates, friends, and family in Dover, Somersworth, and Rochester, where he was caught.

Marshals were warning that they believed that Jackson was “armed and extremely dangerous,” so it’s a good thing that he’s off the streets.
