September marks the beginning of many things – one of the most fun and anticipated being the Fall TV season. With more than 100 new and returning shows set to make their debut, Xfinity TV is making it easy for customers to get informed and ready for the season with Fall TV Fest, only on Xfinity On Demand.
Starting today and continuing through September 22, Comcast customers have early access to the pilot episodes of 20 new series in advance of their premiere date on Xfinity On Demand, including Ironside (NBC), Trophy Wife (ABC), We are Men (CBS) and Welcome to the Family (NBC).
Plus, there are full season, catch-up episodes of the most recent season of popular returning series include Chicago Fire (NBC), The Mindy Project (FOX), The Walking Dead (AMC), Boardwalk Empire (HBO), Dexter (Showtime), The Good Wife (CBS), Homeland (Showtime), Dance Moms (Lifetime), and Duck Dynasty (A&E).

Since there are only a few days of this special feature, it’s a great time to binge on your favorite shows or even check out some new ones. We know that customers actually “mini binge” – or watch 1-2 episodes per week right around the day the show airs live.

But viewing shows in Primetime is still popular. Despite more content available across more devices, our data tells us that peak viewing time – no matter on TV, PC, tablet or smartphone - is still between 8-11 p.m., suggesting that viewers still gravitate to enjoying TV during the traditional primetime hours regardless of where and how they’re doing it. After all, fans are keeping up with their favorite shows to stay current and participate in both the physical and digital water-cooler talk.
