An officer, with the public’s help, was able to locate Palmer in a Pleasant Street establishment. A check yielded an active warrant for failure to appear in Concord District Court on a simple assault charge and he was arrested. In that case, Palmer allegedly threw a fire extinguisher and hurled racial slurs at a store clerk in late July.

Palmer is due in court on Oct. 19.
