Get The Led Out to Rock Music Hall

Led Zeppelin tribute band will perform in Portsmouth on March 23.

Get The Led Out, the American Led Zeppelin, returns to The Music Hall’s Historic Theater on Friday, March 23, 2012 at 8pm. At sold out shows around the nation, Get The Led Out recreates the mythic career of the legendary British super group, Led Zeppelin. The attention to detail and nuance by these six accomplished musicians drive a two hour set of blues-soaked, groove-driven rock anthems, capturing the essence of the band’s hallowed discography.

According to The Patriot News, “Get The Led Out didn't just pass Zeppelin 101 with flying colors -- they're working on their Ph.D. They didn't just do their Zep homework -- they're teaching the class.” From the bombastic and epic, to the folky and mystical they portray Led Zeppelin in all their depth and glory. Ultimately, the group’s approach is not unlike a classical performance. They view Led Zeppelin as the classical composers of the rock era.

“We are thrilled to welcome Get The Led Out back to The Music Hall,” says Patricia Lynch, The Music Hall’s Executive Director. “Don’t miss this astounding opportunity to see Led Zeppelin’s recorded music brought to life on stage with these unbelievable musicians.”
