Families in Portsmouth who have a family member with autism are invited to attend a special registration event in partnership with the Portsmouth Police Department.
Friday, November 11: 5 pm - 8 pm & Saturday, November 12: 10 am - 12 pm

This is an opportunity to fill out a Disability Vital Information Form with important emergency information regarding your family member with autism, and to meet Officers of the Portsmouth Police Department as they will visit the center. These details will familiarize our local officers with your family member's special needs. Please bring a photograph to include or we will be available to take a photograph at the event.
The Vital Information Form will be kept at the Police Department in the event that your family member has an emergency, or challenging situation in the community. This information will be used to assist the officers to manage the situation respectfully and with sensitivity.
