Here's How They Finished The Boston Marathon
19 Portsmouth resident participated in Monday's annual event.
On what was a hot day in the streets of Boston, 19 Portsmouth runners completed the grueling 26.2-mile Boston Marathon by mid-Monday afternoon.
Two Portsmouth runners that were featured in Portsmouth Patch, , and J, were among those who crossed the finish line. Ardito completed her first marathon event with a time of 6:15:19 and Parkinson finished with a time of 5:39:08. Lauren Finelli finished with the best time of the recorded Portsmouth runners at 3:50:17.
