Huge estate and yard sale. Many items of interest, much of it coming from the personal antique car collection and home of the late John Patrick, a lifelong resident and prominent citizen of the town of Rye, and Stephanie Patrick-Chalfant, a noted costumer and actress from the Seacoast.
