There's no misunderstanding her. She says it right there, at the 1:20 mark: "You should kick their ass!"
You'll find it tucked nicely between her incredulous, "How dare you protect Neo-Nazis," and a solid, "F*ck you, f*ck you, f*ck you, f*ck you," before reminding all present, "I'm.A.Professor!"

I'm not a Republican. I do know a whole bunch of Republicans. My brother is a Republican. I've got friends and neighbors who are Republicans. I've known a lot of Republicans over the years. They're not Neo-Nazis.
This professor is inciting violence, but not by riot. Worse. By police riot.

While denouncing the College Republicans as Nazis.
To call her delusional is to act as an apologist. This lady needs restraints.
"Peace" and "love" and "humanity" translated here means: The NYPD should be attacking the College Republicans, and presumably any of their supporters in attendance, rather than protecting the group from fanatics like this professor. Can we suppose that even curious attendees deserve a good thumping?
This isn't fringe thinking on the Left. This IS the Left.
