The ErgaFit system isn't just personal training, it's athletic development for working professionals.

It was 2006 and I was about halfway up some no-named mountain in Alaska. I was about 195 lb, out of shape, and exhausted. It hadn't always been like that. I grew up playing sports and I used to be athletic. But that was in the past. Now I was struggling to take another step in the thick vegetation. It was time for a change.
Although change was mandatory, I didn't know where to start or what to do. I got interested in how my fitness training influenced my performance in life tasks. Would an arm curl help me? Probably not. What about a pull-up? Definitely.
From there I began building a new fitness program that has been evolving ever since, retaining the effective and shedding the useless while refining the process. Drawing influence from the strength and conditioning programs of professional athletes, I developed the ErgaFit system.

Fundamentally we are all athletes and we should train ourselves as such. If we want to perform more effectively in any physical task, we must induce muscular adaptations that enable us to do so. We must train as an athlete because we are athletes.

I build your workout program for you. Not just one or two workouts, but every workout. Based on your needs, abilities, and ambitions, I plan your workouts so that over time you progress toward your goal.

About Me
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, personal trainer, and Army veteran. I've been leading fitness training sessions for others since 2002. I have competed in football, rugby, track, and cross country. In 2008 I was award the physically demanding German Badge for Military Proficiency (Gold) by the German Army.
