"King Tide," an astronomical phenomenon that produces unusually high tides, hit Portsmouth Wednesday morning.
High tide happened at about 11:40 a.m. and hit about 10 feet.
The video above shows the Bratskellar on Route 1. A section of its parking lot typically floods during high tides.
