Left Bank Cabaret Series Hits Music Hall Loft

Space "re-imagined" evoking "a Parisian nightclub" in Portsmouth.

Tickets are on sale now for one of the best bargains in town this summer: the new Left Bank Cabaret series in the Music Hall Loft on Congress Street in downtown Portsmouth, running through Aug. 9. The series will feature a number of musical acts, in an intimate setting.

“We’re thrilled to present so many amazing artists in our Left Bank Cabaret series debut this summer—in a unique setting resembling a nightclub on the left bank of the Parisian Seine,” says Thérèse LaGamma Deputy Director of Programming/Performing Arts Curator. “I’m especially excited to introduce some phenomenal emerging acts and local favorites who we think are en route to national stardom. For instance, on Tuesday, July 29 you can hear the beautiful pop music of indie harpist/singer-songwriter and YouTube sensation Mikaela Davis and her opening act, the intriguing local favorite Clara Berry and Wooldog.”

This summer The Loft will transition into a European inspired nightclub complete with cocktail tables and low lighting. A new menu with signature cocktails, an updated wine list, as well as new small plate offerings will also be making a debut for the Left Bank Cabaret series.
