For more than 40 years, since our founding in 1985, we have set the standard for clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in the air medical industry. Our tagline, “Your Life. Our Mission.”, captures the purpose that drives everything we do. Whether responding to an emergency scene or transferring a critically ill patient between hospitals, our team delivers seamless, patient-centered care during some of the most challenging moments in a person’s life. As a nonprofit, we are guided by one unwavering principle: every patient deserves access to lifesaving care, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Each year, Boston MedFlight provides more than $7 million in free and unreimbursed care, ensuring no patient is ever turned away. Our clinical teams are among the most highly trained and experienced in the world, caring for patients of all ages—from premature infants to older adults—across a wide range of conditions. These include adult and pediatric trauma, complex medical emergencies, cardiac and stroke events, high-risk obstetric and neonatal care, and specialized interfacility transfers. We achieve this excellence through rigorous training and preparedness. Every clinician completes an intensive onboarding and education program that includes hospital ICU and emergency department rotations, pediatric and neonatal critical care experience, high-fidelity simulation training, advanced procedural labs, and comprehensive classroom instruction in transport medicine. Our work is supported by a state-of-the-art fleet of Airbus H145 helicopters and Freightliner mobile ICU ground vehicles, each equipped with advanced technology comparable to leading hospital ICUs.

The New Hampshire chapter of the Sierra Club is encouraging members in Rockingham District 32 to vote for Mann in the May 19 special election based on her record of supporting the preservation of New Hampshire's natural resources."We appreciate her support for winning solutions like energy efficiency and energy saving programs that the state has implemented," said NH Sierra Club chapter director Catherine Corkery. "We also share her optimism that we can do more to address climate issues in New Hampshire.""It means a lot to have the support of the New Hampshire Sierra Club," Mann said. "I firmly believe that the Granite State's natural resources belong to all of us. I'll continue to fight for the preservation of our shared resources if the voters of Deerfield, Candia, Northwood, and Nottingham send me back to Concord."
