Margaret Cho Coming to Music Hall
Comedian will perform her show, "Mother," at the historic theater on Sept. 27.

The Music Hall announces the latest addition to its Hilarity @ The Music Hall series, Margaret Cho, coming to the Historic Theater on Thursday, Sept. 27.
Margaret Cho’s all new standup show MOTHER offers up an untraditional look at motherhood and how we perceive maternal figures and strong women. It’s her edgiest show to date, filled with riotous observations on race, drugs, sexuality—gay-straight-everything in between, celebrity, culture, politics—nothing is sacred, least of all this MOTHER.
Discovered by Jerry Seinfeld and Bob Hope, Margaret Cho has been breaking barriers with her outrageous comedy since the early ‘90s. Her work has been made into films, seen on television and she has collaborated with everyone from Kathy Griffin to Fiona Apple. With her recent 2012 Emmy nomination for her guest appearance as on 30 Rock, her 2010 Grammy nominated comedy album, CHO INDEPENDENT, her 2011 turn on Dancing with Stars with her famous rainbow dancing dress and now her new tour, Cho is the Patron Saint for Outsiders.
