Mary Poppins The Broadway Musical, Coming to Portsmouth
Tickets are on sale now for December performances.

Outstanding musical theater of true Broadway quality returns to Portsmouth! With the great success of Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story, The Music Hall and The Ogunquit Playhouse are thrilled to announce their next partnership, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s Mary Poppins. This high-flying musical will be landing at The Music Hall beginning with previews on Dec. 10 and 11, followed by three evening performances and two matinees on Dec. 12, 13, and 14.

You will be transported by the music, the timeless themes of family and love, the flying and other special effects—and the spectacular song and dance numbers. Expect a very jolly holiday and plan to celebrate with this perfect-for-all-ages classic as it comes to full Broadway life! ‘Mary’ Christmas!”

Our theatre season has expanded from 10 to 23 weeks over the last several years, and now for the first time it goes all the way out to the holidays. Tickets for Mary Poppins go on sale to Music Hall members on Saturday September 6 at 10am for walk-up and noon for phone and internet sales. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Saturday September 20. Tickets can be purchased at The Music Hall box office in the Historic Theater, 28 Chestnut Street, Portsmouth, over the phone at 603-436-2400, or on our website themusichall.org.
