McPherson: The Police Lied? Noooooooo...
Cleveland prosecutor catches cops conspiring.

After University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing shot Samuel DuBose in the head, he claimed that the victim – stopped for the heinous offense of driving without a front license plate – had created a dangerous situation, leaving him no choice but to protect himself.
Other officers then joined Tensing to create the official narrative. One even claimed to be an eyewitness.
When Tensing said, “I got my hand and arm caught inside” DuBose’s car and “He was dragging me,” another officer, Phillip Kidd, is heard on body-camera video saying, “Yeah, I saw that.” Kidd even told this to the officer writing the police report.

But further analysis of the video tells a different story. Hamilton County prosecutor Joseph Deters said, “If you slow down this tape you see what happens, it is a very short period of time from when the car starts rolling to when a gun is out and he’s shot in the head.”
In other words, Tensing lied, and Kidd backed him up.

Fortunately Ray Tensing has been charged with murder. Let’s hope the other liar faces criminal charges as well.
