McPherson: Thank you Union-Leader!

The New Hampshire Union-Leader ran my op-ed on SB 116 today.

Gov. Hassan should sign NH’s constitutional carry bill,” in today’s New Hampshire Union-Leader:

LAST MONTH, the New Hampshire House of Representatives passed Senate Bill 116, which would make constitutional carry the law in our state. The concept of constitutional carry is simple: anyone who may legally own a handgun may also carry it concealed, without a license, so long as he does not intend to commit a crime. Open carry of a handgun is already legal.
