Natalie MacMaster Coming to Music Hall
She and her band will perform "Christmas in Cape Breton" on Sunday, Dec. 2.

Natalie MacMaster will return to Portsmouth to perform "Christmas in Cape Breton" this Sunday with her band at the Music Hall.
MacMaster last performed in Portsmouth during the summer of 2011 during the Prescott Park Arts Festival and she will bring her unique and electrifying sound to the Music Hall stage for two shows to ring in the holiday season.
According to the Music Hall's web site, MacMaster will perform at 2 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m. Music Hall officials say that Oyster River 5th and 6th graders, directed by Beth Struthers, will join MacMaster for both of her shows to sing along with a Christmas medley.

The Music Hall's web site describes MacMaster as "an electrifying performer thrilling audiences from Carnegie Hall to Prairie Home Companion to The Music Hall, this Cape Breton Island fiddler weaves her skill, passion, and incredible musicianship to produce performances filled with foot-tapping rave-ups, heart-wrenching ballads, world-class step dancing, and fiddling fireworks."
Tickets are selling for $44 and $35 each.
