Past years’ auctions have raised more than $24,000, which directly funds scholarships for talented and hardworking Institute students with financial needs. Last year, the Institute provided financial support to more than 98 percent of its students.
“’Art and Soul’ brings together the art community, including students and faculty, to not only celebrate the works we have created together, but also to support the students who will be creating art in the future,” said Suzanne Lenz, vice president for development at New Hampshire Institute of Art. “We’re a statewide educational institution and are thrilled to bring artwork produced locally to a different region as one way to demonstrate the quality of work being produced locally.”
