Boston MedFlight is a nonprofit organization providing the highest level of critical care transport by air and ground to patients in need—regardless of their circumstances. For more than 40 years, since our founding in 1985, we have set the standard for clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in the air medical industry. Our tagline, “Your Life. Whether responding to an emergency scene or transferring a critically ill patient between hospitals, our team delivers seamless, patient-centered care during some of the most challenging moments in a person’s life. As a nonprofit, we are guided by one unwavering principle: every patient deserves access to lifesaving care, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Each year, Boston MedFlight provides more than $7 million in free and unreimbursed care, ensuring no patient is ever turned away. Our clinical teams are among the most highly trained and experienced in the world, caring for patients of all ages—from premature infants to older adults—across a wide range of conditions. These include adult and pediatric trauma, complex medical emergencies, cardiac and stroke events, high-risk obstetric and neonatal care, and specialized interfacility transfers. We achieve this excellence through rigorous training and preparedness. Every clinician completes an intensive onboarding and education program that includes hospital ICU and emergency department rotations, pediatric and neonatal critical care experience, high-fidelity simulation training, advanced procedural labs, and comprehensive classroom instruction in transport medicine. Our work is supported by a state-of-the-art fleet of Airbus H145 helicopters and Freightliner mobile ICU ground vehicles, each equipped with advanced technology comparable to leading hospital ICUs.

New Hampshire Film Festival organizers announced the 2013 dates for this year's event on their website on Monday. The 2013 New Hampshire Film Festival will be <a href="https://www.nhfilmfestival.com/new-hampshire-film-festival-announces-dates-for-2013/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">held on the weekend of Oct. 17 to Oct. 20</a>, the first weekend after Columbus Day Weekend. "This time of year offers festival-goers and participating artists the beauty of the fall foliage season in a quaint New England town on the Seacoast," wrote NHFF organizers about this year's event. "Following an incredible year like 2012 will be difficult, but the festival has exponentially grown in attendance, and in status every year so far, and this year will be no exception. With a solid base of returning community partnerships and venues, a veteran team of organizers, and alumni filmmakers producing their finest work to date, the best is always yet to come, and NHFF 2013 is sure to be one for the books," NHFF organizers wrote on their website. The 2012 NHFF event saw nearly 100 films from 30 countries that were screened in the Music Hall and the Music Hall Loft. The 2012 NHFF also drew strong attendance.
