No Finish Line Running (NFLR) to host Community Training Group

Running Club welcomes everyone regardless of ability

Spots are still available to join No Finish Line Running’s Community Training Group for beginner and intermediate runners, each of whom will receive personalized coaching certified coaches in separate groups.

The group begins this Saturday, April 30 at NFLR’s training center at 8:00 am at 44G Dover Point Road in Dover.

The cost for the training group is $100 and will take place on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings through July 31. The group will conclude with participation in either a 5k or 10k in Dover. The philosophy behind the group is that running is an approachable fitness activity that can be enjoyed by everyone—and not necessarily just runners.

“A lot of people can get pretty intimidated by running and feel that they can’t do it ‘right’ when there is no such thing as wrong or right with running,” said NFLR Founder and Certified Coach Mike Davis. “We can help people achieve their goals and take some of the pressure off for people that are new to the sport or unsure of themselves. We accept everyone into our group.
