Optima Bank & Trust announces new hires

Karen E. Andronaco has joined Optima Bank & Trust as an assistant branch manager who will split her time between the bank’s four full-service branches.

Andronaco, who has more than a decade of experience in the banking and insurance industries, will be responsible for assisting the branch managers in day-to-day retail deposit and lending operations.

A graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a degree in marketing, Andronaco volunteers as the treasurer of the Hampton Lacrosse Organization.

Matthew Guillerault has been hired as a private banker at Optima Bank’s new full-service branch at the Pease International Tradeport.

A graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a degree in economics, Guillerault previously worked as a financial consultant and manager.

He volunteers with the Greek Heritage Festival in Saco, Maine.

Sara Lauter and Heather Ahern also have joined Optima Bank as private bankers.

Lauter, who graduated with a double major in finance and accounting from the University of Maine, is currently a chartered financial analyst candidate.

She will be working as a private banker at Optima Bank’s Stratham branch.

Ahern, a business finance candidate at Southern New Hampshire University, has been named a private banker at the bank’s main office in Portsmouth at Two Harbour Place.
