Portsmouth Arrest Log: Dover Man Charged with Stalking

Ryan M. Fontaine, 32, of North Policy Street in Salem, was arrested at 12:03 p.m. on July 8, 2015, for simple assault. He turned himself in to police.

James Woods, 46, of Dover Point Road in Dover, was arrested on July 8, on violation of a protective order; penalty, criminal trespass, stalking, and driving after suspension charges. He was arrested by Rochester Police Department on warrants and handed off to Portsmouth.

Kellie A. St. Pierre, 51, of East Pembroke Road in Danbury, CT, was arrested on July 10, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. An officer pulled over a vehicle on the northbound side of the Route 1 Bypass. The driver, St. Pierre, reportedly agreed to consent search of the vehicle and a field sobriety tests. She was later arrested. The passenger was given control of the vehicle. St. Pierre was later processed and released.

Robert Wiechert, 22, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested on July 11, for simple assault and criminal threatening. He turned himself in to police.
