Portsmouth Arrests: Maine Man Arrested for DWI, Drugs

Jesse Fox of Kittery allegedly rear-ended a car on Falkland Place.

Jesse Fox, 31, of Newmarch Street in Kittery, ME, was arrested on July 6, 2015, for driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and reckless conduct; place another in danger. Officers were sent to Falkland Place around 2 a.m. for a report of a man who was followed up by another man. Dispatch reported that “the car rear-ended him at 30-40 mph,” according to the report. The suspect was sitting in a Subaru Forester in front of the apartment building. Fox was later arrested.

Timothy Maloney, 51, of Rockland Street in Portsmouth, was arrested on July 6, for simple assault and criminal threatening (intimidation). Maloney turned himself in to police.
