Each year, Boston MedFlight provides more than $7 million in free and unreimbursed care, ensuring no patient is ever turned away. PORTSMOUTH, NH — Portsmouth Police are asking for the public's help after a burglary was reported on Wednesday afternoon on Rockingham Avenue. According to police, officers were dispatched to the home after it was discovered that the suspect or suspects forced entry into the residence and stole a handgun and jewelry.   "Portsmouth Police Detectives and members of the Crime Scene Team responded to process the scene," according to Sgt. John Peracchi of the Portsmouth Police Department. "Portsmouth Police are reminding residents to please be vigilant and report any suspicious activity."  Anyone with further information about this incident is being asked to contact Detective Adam Kozlowski at 603-436-2511 or call Seacoast Crime Stoppers at 603-431-1199 if you wish to remain anonymous. You can also leave an anonymous tip by logging on to <a href="http://www.seacoastcrimestoppers.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">seacoastcrimestoppers.org</a> or send an SMS text to CRIMES (274637) and include TIPSCS in your message.
