Portsmouth Police Log: After Drug Deal, Runaway Girl, Man Taken into Custody

Plus, East Kingston man arrested after security allegedly sees him with a needle in a parking lot; man arrested on five assault counts.

Jaimee L. Ruccolo, 34, of Sagamore Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. on Aug. 28, 2015, on five simple assault counts. An officer went to Wentworth Douglas Hospital to arrest Ruccolo who was wanted on a 12-hour hold.

Travis Sefton, 25, of East Kingston, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on Aug. 28, and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Police were called to Borthwick Avenue for a report of a couple in the parking lot possibly doing drugs. A security guard reported watching the man in a vehicle with a needle via a security camera. When officers arrived, the driver, Sefton, allegedly hid something in the center console of the vehicle, according to the security officer watching the situation. Sefton was arrested and after a consent search, “evidence” was taken from the vehicle.

Larry D. Feehley, 41, of Pine Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on Aug. 30, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Also, a “habitual runaway juvenile,” a 16-year-old girl, was taken into protective custody. Officers were sent to Congress Street for a report of a “hand-to-hand” drug deal conducted between a man and a woman and a black man. The man and the woman were later seen sitting on a bench and later left the scene, walking on Fleet Street. They were stopped and police arrested the man for drug possession and took the girl into custody.
