Portsmouth Police Make Human Trafficking, Heroin Arrests

Frantzer Fleurimond allegedly maintained captivity of two prostitutes by controlling their access to heroin.

A Boston, MA, man and Strafford woman are facing charges after police arrested them after a prostitution investigation in the city.

Frantzer Fleurimond, 28, of Intervale Street in Boston, MA, was arrested and charged with two counts of trafficking in persons and one count of distribution of heroin, all felonies. Also arrested was Molly Sloan, 23, of Barn Door Gap in Strafford, who was charged with accomplice to prostitution and possession of marijuana.

“Fleurimond was arrested during a prostitution initiative conducted by the Portsmouth Police Department Detective Division,” according to Capt. Mike Schwartz. “To maintain involuntary servitude of two prostitutes who had been working in local hotels, Fleurimond controlled their access to heroin.”

More charges are expected, according to police.

According to the Boston Police Department, Fleurimond was charged in 2006 with possession of burglary tools after a traffic stop in Roslindale.

Last month, Sloan was involved in an accident in Barrington, according to police.
