Portsmouth Police Seek Tips About Alleged Fraudster

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Police in the city are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who is allegedly suspected of committing fraud at the Market Basket on Lafayette Road. The alleged incident occurred on Aug. 9, 2017, according to police on Facebook, at around 1:30 p.m.
