Woman Charged with Criminal Mischief

Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Monday, May 14, and Tuesday, May 15. It does not indicate a conviction.

Monday:

  • At 2:23 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman following a domestic incident on Brewster Street. Sandra K. Green, 54, of 21 Brewster St, Apt. 28, in Portsmouth was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism).
  • At 5:34 p.m., police charged a 13-year-old juvenile with disorderly conduct on Rockland Street.

  • At 8:41 a.m., police arrested a Medford, Mass., man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Maxwell Zane Rome, 34, of 73 Spring St. in Medford, Mass., was wanted for conduct after an accident and operating without a valid license.
  • At 9:57 a.m., police reported a theft on Islington Street after the caller said someone broke a window on their car and stole a GPS.
  • At 12:05 p.m., police arrested a Dover man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Justin Michael Gagne, 34, of 16 Saint Andrew Circle in Dover was wanted for theft and attempted theft by deception.
  • At 3:02 p.m., police reported a theft at Portsmouth High School after the caller said her son’s pants, iPod charger and cell phone were stolen.
  • At 5:06 p.m., police arrested a New Jersey man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Michael S. Keri, 49, of 16 Bloomfield Ave., in Somerset, N.J., was wanted for possession of controlled narcotic drugs with intent to distribute.
