Sanders to Speak at Portsmouth Democrats Banquet

U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-VT, will be the keynote speaker at the Portsmouth Democrats Annual Banquet on Friday, Sept. 25, at the Portsmouth Harbor Events & Conference Center, 100 Deer St. at 22 Portwalk Place in Portsmouth, according to a press statement.

“I’m pleased to announce that Senator Sanders will speak at our banquet at a critical time in the New Hampshire Presidential Primary,” said Larry Drake, chairperson of the Portsmouth Democratic Committee. “We look forward to hearing his message of political revolution.”

The event starts at 6 p.m. with a social hour (full cash bar). Dinner will be served at 7 p.m.
