A Seacoast Community Conversation about Heroin/Opiate Abuse and Narcan Distribution Event

Heroin/Opiate Discussion and Free Narcan Distribution

A Seacoast Community Conversation about heroin and opiate abuse will be followed by a Narcan training and distribution opportunity on Monday, December 21, 2015 in the gymnasium at the Community Campus, 100 Campus Drive in Portsmouth, NH.

The program will begin at 6:00 pm with data about the problem in seacoast communities, information from front line responders, prevention strategies for families, and time for audience questions. Local leaders, treatment and recovery resources have been invited.


Narcan kits will be distributed anonymously and at no cost to anyone attending a brief training at 7:30 pm training. Attendance at the Community Conversation is not required to receive a Narcan kit.
Childcare is available from Families First Health & Support Center and requires preregistration @ 603.422.8208, extension 2.
